REALTOR® & Licensed Architect

Before becoming a real estate agent, I worked as a licensed architect — a career that shaped how I see homes, neighborhoods, and the people who live in them. I bring that same design-focused mindset to real estate, helping clients not just buy or sell a home, but imagine what’s possible. Whether it’s spotting renovation potential, offering staging ideas, or navigating the emotional side of a big move, I’m here to guide every step.

I became a real estate agent because I wanted to offer a more thoughtful, full-service experience that blends real estate with design. To me, a home isn’t just a transaction — it’s a turning point, a dream, a story you get to shape.

My approach with clients is rooted in empathy, trust, and creative problem-solving. I’m a strong communicator, a steady advocate, and I genuinely love helping people feel empowered in the home process.

I currently live in Silver Spring, Maryland, but I’ve called many parts of the DC area home — including Capitol Hill and Adams Morgan, where I personally renovated a condo. I love exploring the city’s historic neighborhoods, imagining the stories behind each row home, and discovering cozy coffee shops and vibrant restaurants that often spark my next cooking or baking project. Food is one of my biggest creative outlets, whether I’m testing a new recipe or hosting a meal for friends.

I studied architecture at Syracuse University, and friends and clients usually just call me Emily — though I happily answer to Em too. I share life with my sweet mini Australian Labradoodle, Rhubarb, who is always up for a long walk or kitchen clean-up duty.

If you’re buying your first home, selling a well-loved space, or dreaming up a renovation, I’d be honored to be part of the journey!
